Hi Tom,

I wouldn't expect it to auto-publish, given its documentation, but `hg
postreview` is a third-party tool, so I'm not sure what it's doing under
the hood. The author would know more.

Their site is at https://www.mercurial-scm.org/wiki/ReviewboardExtension,
and they have an issue tracker that might be useful on their Bitbucket.
