Hi, Are you using a HTTP Proxy for outbound HTTP requests in your network?
Something either in-between Review Board and GitLab, or on the GitLab server itself, is returning a HTTP 502 Bad Gateway when attempting to communicate. It could be a HTTP Proxy that's unintentionally being used, or it could be something on the GitLab server (you'd have to dig into access logs on the GitLab server to see).
