I'm using Reviewboard 2.0.20 and after recently upgrading to Gitlab 10.4
from 9.5, all Reviewboard repositories connecting to our gitlab instance is
failing. When running "rbt post", we get the following error:
The file was not found in the repository. (HTTP 400, API Error 207)

In Reviewboard admin panel for the repositories, if I try to update any of
the repositories or add a new repository, I get a "urlopen error [errno
104], connection reset by peer". I've tried generating new access tokens in
Gitlab for the HostingSVCS accounts and set the private_token using the
method described in https://hellosplat.com/s/beanbag/tickets/4626/ but it's
not working.

I was able to add a new repository to a test instance of Gitlab that was
configured to run using http only. The same error happens when I configured
the test instance to run using https. I'm running Reviewboard on Centos 6.3
with Python 2.6.6 installed.

Anybody have any ideas what could be the problem?

Thanks
