Given your situation, the best option would be for us to help maintain custom builds, where we incorporate both your modifications and ours into a working build. We only offer that under Premium Support contracts. I can talk to you about that in more detail if you’re interested.
The majority of the fix is in Djblets, so if you don’t have custom changes in there, I suggest running in-house tests of your version of Review Board with a newer Djblets (the release after the one you’re using is probably the right one). It should help stabilize things.
