Okay, this is good information, You're probably hitting some dependency-related issues. We use a Python mechanism called "Entrypoints" to register and look up things like the Git, Subversion, etc. repository support. If there's any dependency conflicts between the Review Board package and something else you have installed, these can fail to load.
Can you check both the reviewboard.log and Apache error log to see if there's any "VersionConflict" errors present? If you see any, can you share them? Also, did you upgrade via easy_install or pip? And is the method used the same as what you used to install the previous release? Can you tell me what version of Review Board you used before? I need this information.
