I see https://reviews.reviewboard.org/r/9209/ describing the behaviour I want - disable spoofing entirely when EMAIL_ENABLE_SMART_SPOOFING = False
However I do not see the same fix landed in 3.0.11 release. Further, I do not see the commit mentioned in the review (hash 175f7c26cba55430839670d46a57febd06b1d686) in https://github.com/reviewboard/reviewboard/ I am not sure why. Can I know the correct release on which the behaviour described in review 9209 is landed?
