Hi Tony,

Before we dive into this too much, what’s the reason for doing a custom
build? It’s *highly* recommended that you install from our official wheel
files, which contain a built copy of the codebase. Review Board otherwise
requires more of a development environment to be set up, with some tools
installed and development versions of some dependencies.
