Hi Vishnu, You can safely upgrade Review Board between versions. We *always* recommend making a full backup of your database before you do so, and to test the upgrade on a copy of the server and database, just to be safe.
Regarding report taking, if you're referring to generated reports on reviews and review requests, this is a feature found in Power Pack <https://www.reviewboard.org/powerpack/>, a licensed add-on for Review Board.
