Hi, I have reviewboard 3.0 installed locally (on premise) and use GitHub for code management.
When a user commits to GitHub can reviewboard be setup to send out a notification? https://www.reviewboard.org/docs/manual/3.0/admin/configuration/repositories/github/ I assume a webhook is necessary but is a notification created only when a revision is closed?
