While doing lots of reviews I may see mistakes, but also a very good code. 
For the latter I want to award a guy with a like or some sort of a bounty 
badge. 
This way I may also make good feedback when a guy has improved in coding. 
This can also mitigate the fact that the comments are mostly negative to 
what coders write, good code has no way to be equally praised, but it is 
not less important. 
This imbalance is not impacting code review practice the right way.
