It helped. I purged everything! AND THEN----> I reinstalled everything from start and now rb-site install is working. BTW I am using Ubuntu 20.10 But now I am stuck with apache webserver to work.
I do all these steps... $ cd /etc/apache2/sites-available $ cp /var/www/reviews.example.com/conf/apache-wsgi.conf reviews.example.com.conf $ cd ../sites-enabled $ ln -s ../sites-available/reviews.example.com.conf My apache server does not start after this!
