Hi, A review request can have only one owner at a time. That person is responsible for uploading diffs. The owner of a review request can change, but it's not built for collaborating on the same change.
The diff being posted may consist of work from multiple authors, and that information will be included when reviewing the diff. Those authors may participate in reviews, but they cannot change the review request itself.
