Thanks for the report. We'll likely get a fix in for our next release.
For `rbt login --web`, you have to pass the `--open` option to
automatically open a browser to the login page. The default for this can be
set in `OPEN_BROWSER` in `.reviewboardrc`. Note that this setting will
automatically open browsers for any commands that present you with a URL.
For example, after running `rbt post` a web browser will be opened to the
review request.
