PROBLEM
Gaps are being seen in the data shown in the Yarn Home Grafana dashboard.
BUG
Changes that were made through AMBARI-15026 were not added to the Upgrade path.
Hence, the hadoop daemons reported data at 1 min intervals instead of 10
seconds.
FIX
Changse made to the Upgrade path for 2.4.0
