Tested blueprint installation, too, works fine.

Note that one needs to overwrite the dummy repo URL via REST API before cluster 
creation.  This seems to be required even if not adding the Microsoft R service 
to the cluster.  Make sure to specify the same stack version as the in 
blueprint, because apparently these are not inherited eg. from HDP 2.0.6 to HDP 
2.3.
