STR:
1) prepare perf cluster on GCE.
2) Go through deploy steps to "Assign Masters" step.
3) Assign each master to separate host.
4) Click "Next" button.
Not always, but in most of cases UI hangs. One more thing, if you will not
assign masters to different hosts this issue will not reproduce.
