I was thinking the same thing as i replicated the commands.  Perhaps some 
machinery so that `test/**/provision.sh` scripts exctract these code blocks 
verbatim?  The tricky part is that these two repos are currently 
decoupled...maybe this suggests the install guide should move to the packaging 
repo?  We could link between repos all the same, and this would make it easier 
to manage docs at different versions.
