Review comment:
Question: main Helix paths (like /IDEALSTATES, /CONFIG, etc) do not get
deleted, so I am wondering if this is really meaningful?
I think handling deleted/non-existent ZNodes might be more effective for
children ZNodes? Like not the main IDEALSTATES path, but the IdealState ZNodes
inside it.
