Thanks for the effort to stabilize this test. A related question:
#1278 TestEnqueueJobs.testQueueJobsMaxCapacity, and #1310
TestEnqueueJobs.testJobQueueAddingJobsAtSametime are also not stable sometimes.
They timed out. Do they share similar root cause?
