**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.** Currently there are many CI tests which fails repeatedly in CI runs. All contributors have to re-run those failing tests locally and paste it's successful results to their PR to show it's working. This problem can be fixed by re-running this tests in the same CI pipeline itself. **Describe the solution you'd like** Surefire plugin provides this option to independently run this failing tests couple of times. **Additional context** Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
