Please describe.** Helix CI Test Source code has organically grown a lot, with lot of boilerplate code that can be simplified and organized in way to enhance readability and performance. **Describe the solution you'd like** We will create better object structures that supports parallelism and code reuse so that we can bring down the test execution runtime from 1.5+hrs to under an hour. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
