**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.** While fixing for the [Provide JDK 1.8 (backward compatibile) jar](https://github.com/apache/helix/issues/2779) issue, we missed packaging of the `src/main/resources` contents in the jdk8 jar. We need to fix this.
