### Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. In metaclient leader election client, when an participant in leader election group lost connection and reconnect in a short period of time, listeners will lost following leader change events. ### To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior. Expire session and have client auto reconnect.
