Remove Google Analytics and disable comments
Google Analytics and external iframes, including one used by Disqus,
comment system does not comply with ASF Website
Policy (https://privacy.apache.org/policies/website-policy.html).
This patch disable comment system, remove Google Analytics, and edit
blog post to remove any external iframes. It also replace 'http://' with
'https://' in few places to avoid mixed content warning.
