IMPALA-13836: Fix TestIcebergV2Table.test_missing_data_files failure in erasure-coding build test_missing_data_files issues DESCRIBE FORMATTED command to check the attributes of a table that has missing data files. It also checks the value of 'Erasure Coding Policy' which depends on the HDFS configuration. This patch removes the check for this property.
