IMPALA-13218: [DOCS] Document CREATE TABLE LIKE ORC syntax
This patch adds documentation for CREATE TABLE LIKE ORC syntax that
allows inferring schema from ORC data files, similar to the existing
CREATE TABLE LIKE PARQUET feature.
