Patch Set 1:
NOTE:
1. Access times are collected during file loading without storing them in
FileDescriptor to avoid schema changes and as the changes seemed invasive.
2. I created symlinks as part of setup in the tests because the catalogd logs
are in ${IMPALA_HOME}/logs/cluster/catalogd.INFO but the tests are looking for
${IMPALA_HOME}/logs/ee_tests/catalogd.INFO.
