IMPALA-14982: Add Impala-on-K8s deployment guide
Add a generic deployment guide for running Impala on Kubernetes with
both Helm and operator workflows, including optional component toggles.
Document LDAP bind-pattern escaping for Helm/operator flows, add explicit
namespace creation in the operator workflow, include shared warehouse RWX
storage guidance and fallback override instructions, and include
troubleshooting steps for HMS permissions and metastore event polling
compatibility.
Add an ASF license header for the new markdown guide.
