EXPERIMENT: Use systemd in system bootstrap
All the operating systems supported by Impala use systemd for system
and service management. The Impala bootstrap_system script was initially
conceived when Ubuntu used upstart and all platforms still supported
backward compatible service management architecture.
This patch moves all such steps in bootstrap_system to systemd
interfaces. This allows the calls to be unified across operating
systems, reducing complexity.
The patch also removes the step where the current setting of IMPALA_HOME
is added to the user's '.bashrc' init script; this causes subtle
problems when the user has more than one Impala worktrees.
