IMPALA-15262: Update to CDP build with HIVE-26537 and HIVE-27193
This updates CDP_BUILD_NUMBER to include HIVE-26537 and HIVE-27193.
Other than upgrading CDP_BUILD_NUMBER, we need the following changes
as well.
- Update fe/pom.xml due to RANGER-5208 which refactored the
audit-related modules in Apache Ranger (by Pradeep Agrawal from Apache
Ranger).
- Change APACHE_RANGER_VERSION to 2.8.0 from 2.4.0 because the changes
introduced in RANGER-5208 are not available in 2.4.0. The
corresponding URL to ranger-2.8.0-admin.tar.gz is revised too since
we store ranger-2.8.0-admin in a new location.
- Change the expected output of a query against Iceberg metadata table
(iceberg-metadata-tables.test) since Iceberg stopped writing metrics
of nested fields (by Zoltan Borok-Nagy).
