IMPALA-14399: Fix crash after HdfsScanner::Open error If HdfsScanner::Open returns an error status, such as if the query has exceeded its memory limit during ScalarExprEvaluator::Clone, scratch_mem_* profile counters aren't initialized and CloseInternal crashes trying to call Merge on them. Initializes the pointers nullptr and only calls Merge if they've had counters assigned.
