IMPALA-14404: Test Calcite set operations Add Calcite-only runtime coverage for UNION ALL, UNION, INTERSECT, and EXCEPT. Check NULLs, duplicate rows, three inputs, decimal coercion, empty inputs, and Impala's set-operator precedence. Require the Calcite planner in every profile and retain a scan in cases whose input becomes empty during execution. Test decimal input coercion directly in CoerceNodes with a UNION constructed after SQL analysis, so validator-inserted casts cannot satisfy the assertions. Testing on 7a3cb82b49: - CalciteOptimizerTest: 12 tests passed. - test_set_operations: all 19 SQL cases passed over HS2. - Disabling UNION input casts makes the new Java test fail.
