Change subject: IMPALA-15060: Bump CatalogServiceVersion ...................................................................... IMPALA-15060: Bump CatalogServiceVersion Impala used to be on V2 Catalog version for a long time. Since then, many features caused breaking changes to the Thrift interface in the communication between the Catalog and the Coordinator, either on semantic level or wire-level. This patch increments the CatalogServiceVersion in CatalogService.thrift to mark these changes.
