IMPALA-15059: Use HBO stats for Calcite joins
Read exact HDFS join history in Calcite row-count metadata before
join ordering. Support two-table inner joins with filters and column
projections. Match physical operand order and predicates, validate
scan inputs, and cache matches and misses for the query. Keep existing
estimates for unsupported shapes and missing history.
Tests: TestCalciteHboStats (36 passed), including join-order selection.
TestCalciteStats: 29 passed, 8 failures identical to parent 25002 PS1.
