Change subject: IMPALA-6772: add ORC 1.5.2 ...................................................................... IMPALA-6772: add ORC 1.5.2 This version has some fixes that are needed for Impala. ORC 1.5.2 got support to consume non-vendored libraries so we can jettison our previous ORC patches and set *_HOME environment variables instead. Update googletest to an official release that is new enough for ORC to build. I don't believe the unofficial release of googletest was consumed by any users of native-toolchain so I removed it rather than trying to generalize the googletest build script to handle both cases.
