IMPALA-8585: Add tests for partitioned ACID tables
Added e2e tests for partitioned ACID tables.
Added some unit tests for file filtering with open and
aborted write ids.
Increased 'hive.compactor.worker.threads' to 4 to make compactions
faster because they are terrible slow with only one thread.
