IMPALA-8973: Update Kudu version to fix openssl1.1.1 compatibility issue Automated tests were failing while creating Kudu tables with openssl1.1.1 installed on the machine This issue was previously reported under KUDU-2871 and resolved by disabling TLS 1.3 in Kudu source. This change bumps the Kudu version in impala-config.sh to pull in the fix for KUDU-2871.
