Patch Set 10: Ported this commit from internal change: https://github.infra.cloudera.com/CDH/Impala/commit/7420677070851e7e85e541fa613b70e1d681467f Had to rework on the logic because of Vihang's patch recently merged upstream. After that patch, catalogD handles Create/drop events based on create table/db event id.
