impala_build_version.py read {VERSION} from ${IMPALA_HOME}/bin/version.info.
Can we change the {VERSION} in bin/version.info when build pypi package for
pre-release? For example, change "4.3.0-SNAPSHOT" to "4.3.0a4" ?
