IMPALA-12502: Support Impala to Impala federation This patch adds support to read Impala tables in the Impala cluster through JDBC external data source. Testing: - Added an end-to-end unit test to read Impala tables from Impala cluster through JDBC external data source. Manually ran the unit-test with Impala tables in Impala cluster on a remote host by replacing $INTERNAL_LISTEN_HOST with the ip address of the remote host in jdbc.url. - Passed exhaustive tests.
