Patch Set 2: Code-Review+1
pulled into private branch, resolved merge conflicts, and build PDF. Checked
the section, "Scalability Considerations for Impala" to make sure none of the
sections that are supposed to be <audience = hidden> are not displaying in the
build ("Overview and Guidelines for Impala Memory Usage," "Scalability
Considerations for Impala Cluster Size and Topology," and "Scaling the Number
of Concurrent Connections"). They do not display as expected.
