   I have used  generated v0.9.0's data dir to test the upgrade tool. However, 
when I 
   comment out the following line：
   `registerManager.register(UpgradeSevice.getINSTANCE());`
   in IoTDB.java, line 101. The query does not work anymore.
   
   Also, I found that the folder structure has changed like following:
