## Description
This PR contains no fix and feature, is about java code optimization and
contains the following contents:
1. Add type to some enum type instead to use ordinal, if we add more enum
instance to that enum class, some hard code need to change every time
2. Some java practice, for example , remove useless synchronized, remove
duplication code and simplify code logic, see below
