## Description
- polish M4 documents
- update figures which illustrate the sliding size window and sliding
time window with corresponding parameters
- modify the "Suggested Use Cases" of M4
- fix the messy title numbering
- update M4 parameter names from "displayWindowBegin", "displayeWindowEnd"
to "startTime", "endTime"
- removes the site reference of the old M4 document in config.js
- For neatness, move `IoTDBUDFM4IT` into `IoTDBUDTFBuiltinScalarFunctionIT`:
deleted `IoTDBUDFM4IT.java`, modified `IoTDBUDTFBuiltinScalarFunctionIT.java`.
In this way, `IoTDBUDTFBuiltinScalarFunctionIT` contains tests for all built-in
scalar functions including M4.
