Currently I only observed the first problem triggered by the second problem(Windows only). But in principle, any connection error, for example, the iotdb server taking too much time to start cause TSocket connection timeout, can trigger this problem, i.e. `TypeError: %d format: a real number is required, not str`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
