I've implemented persistent storage for the clusterId on the ConfigNode and added a TODO during the restart phase, laying the groundwork for further enhancements in the future. Even if a wrong CN joining in accidently , I think it won't cause any serious problem. Remove it and add a new empty CN will fix everything.
