   Docker runtime needs to be specified in this way
   
   environment
         - IOTDB_JMX_OPTS=-Xms4G -Xmx4G -XX:MaxDirectMemorySize=1G
         - CONFIGNODE_JMX_OPTS=-Xms1G -Xmx1G -XX:MaxDirectMemorySize=256M
