Review Comment:
   When the template variable is provided via scopedVars and its value is
"$__all" (Grafana includeAll), this branch will treat "$__all" as a literal
path segment and produce e.g. "root.app.$__all" instead of expanding to all
variable options. The subsequent logic correctly expands "$__all" when reading
from templateSrv variables, but it is skipped whenever scopedVars[varName]
exists.

Review Comment:
   There is no test coverage for the "$__all" value when it comes from
scopedVars (as opposed to templateSrv.getVariables()). With the current
datasource.ts logic, scopedVars value "$__all" would produce an invalid path
like "root.app.$__all"; adding a unit test for this prevents regressions and
validates the intended includeAll expansion behavior.

Review Comment:
   If the variable cannot be resolved from scopedVars or
templateSrv.getVariables(), the fallback uses templateSrv.replace(varMatch[0],
...) (only the token). For multi-value variables this can still yield a
comma/pipe/glob formatted string that becomes a single invalid IoTDB path
segment. Safer fallback is to replace the whole path and treat it as a single
entry (preserving prior behavior) when we can't reliably expand.
