## Description Backport #18243 to `dev/1.3`. Adapted the change to the 1.3 code structure while preserving its behavior: - periodically reduce duplicate reconnect logs; - log root causes without repeated stack traces; - lower successful AirGap connections from info to debug; - report the target endpoint instead of the full socket state. ## Tests - `mvn spotless:apply -pl iotdb-core/node-commons` - `mvn test -pl iotdb-core/node-commons -Dtest=PipeLoggerTest` This PR has: - [x] been self-reviewed. - [x] added unit tests to cover the changed logging behavior. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
