KUDU-1864 Thirdparty squeasel build fails on macOS 10.12
This patch fixes build of squeasel on OS X. On OS X 10.11 and newer,
OpenSSL headers are not in /usr/include anymore. Try to determine
their location using pkg-config.
This patch at least works on OS X 10.11.
